* Sarees: All sarees are made to order especially for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
* Size Exchanges: Ready-to-wear outfits can be exchanged once for a different size in case of a sizing issue.
* Exchange Window: Size exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
* Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
* Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size. If the required size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the product value, valid for 6 months.
* No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, style preference or incorrect size selection where the requested size is available.
* Sale & Customised Items: Sale, customised and altered items are not eligible for exchange.
* Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email address] with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.
* Final Sale: All approved exchanges are final and cannot be exchanged again.
In case there is a delay in production, we will immediately inform you and ensure your order is processed as soon as possible.
We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company once the order has been dispatched from our end.
